Loretta works diligently at FRH to combine staff assessments and patient contact in order to assist patients or their loved ones with difficult decisions and document preparation that weigh heavily on the healthcare experience. She helps physicians, nurses, loved ones and most of all patients to decide proper home treatments best suited for the individualized patient. Loretta also develops patient relationships which allow her to connect with the patient and become a person that patients can lean on during difficult decision-making processes. Choosing between healthcare, monetary strains and coverage is not something FRH desires for its patients and Loretta is here to highlight both commitments and wishes for both the patients and FRH.
