Patient Care
At FRH the patient is the focus of every healthcare worker. We feel as though the patient should be a part of our team in working towards total quality health in order to maintain effectiveness and efficiency. Reactions to and attitudes toward illness vary from person to person. We, as healthcare providers, at FRH use consideration towards lifestyle, culture, spiritual beliefs and other social statuses that may affect a patient’s health treatment when taking care of each patient. The total wellness of a patient is our goal.
Visitors are welcome! We at FRH look out for the well-being of not only our patients but also the public. During peak illness weather/season, visitors will be discouraged or advised not to visit patient rooms in order to protect against the spread of infection. Normal visiting hours are recommended to be 2:00PM to 8:30PM but some patient circumstances warrant different hours. We encourage loved ones and relatives to ask questions and help us provide total quality care to the patient.
Patient Privacy
As healthcare workers, we at Fredonia Regional Hospital have the highest consideration for our patient’s privacy; visitors and protected health information are a part of this.
