FREDONIA REGIONAL is Committed to Patient Care
FRH implemented new patient care monitoring systems in order to better serve our patients and our physicians with vital steps in patient care.
The new Nihon Kohden central monitoring Life Scope network is a central patient monitoring system, hospital-wide, that allows for effective and flexible review of monitoring data that is done bedside while review is remote. Interface and connectivity demonstrates easy operation, patient comfort and physician satisfaction. Twelve-lead ECG data and pulse oximeter readings are quickly available and constantly monitored without having to bring the machine to the patient every time.
Also implemented is electronic scheduling, again hospital-wide, which allows for better coordination, easier scheduling efforts, and effective procedure connectivity. As everyone knows, getting a medical procedure scheduled can take several minutes of being on the phone every time for the patient or the doctors office. This electronic scheduling allows for decreased time on the phone and easier communication amoung providers and schedulers. Workflow management is key in giving our patients a complete quality experience; from scheduling the appointment to being discharged from care.
Once again, FRH has shown the committment, continuity and compassion their patients, phyisicans and community deserve by evolving the high qualitiy of care that already exists; right here, close to home.
