Fredonia Regional Hospital (FRH) has an immediate opening for a CNO to join our professional health care team. FRH is a 25-bed Critical
Access Hospital, with a 9-bed geri-psych unit, plus a wide range of health care services. FRH completed a $10.75 million addition and renovation project in October, 2008. The CNO must lead nursing service to excellence in patient care. The CNO will be responsible for management of the nursing staff, including maintaining nursing licenses, standards of care, ensuring compliance with Federal, State and local regulations, budgetary development and administering nursing service. FRH offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must possess a current Kansas Registered Nurse license;
- BSN preferred, but not required;
- Must possess demonstrated leadership skills with 3-5 years experience in nurse management;
- Must be proficient in clinical skills, including emergency and general nursing care.
